Speaker Lockhart Previews Upcoming Legislative Session

She's the first woman in Utah history to hold the position of Speaker of the House. 

Now, conservative Republican, Rebecca Lockhart, is preparing for what is sure to be another hotly contested Utah Legislative Session.

In a sit down interview with Susan Wood of The Utah League of Cities and Towns, Lockhart talked about her colleagues, their call to serve and some of the issues likely to dominate headlines when the Legislature convenes later this month.
